April 8-14

This week I went to soccer again, I really like the people who play. They are very nice and help me alot. This makes it easy for me to COMMIT and come out. It turns out that there are man interesting people who play. I've now met people from Mexico, Argentina, Jamaica, and Venezula! We all bond over soccer.

April 1-7

This week I went to soccer twice. This continues to show COMMITMENT because I continuously go. My goal is to try and be as good as some of the guys that I play with, me being the only girl that plays. This also shows INITIATIVE to go because it is pickup soccer within the community.

March 26-31

This week I went surfing again. it was super fun even thugh the waves were not very good. I also went to pick up soccer twice. I really enjoy this and its great exercise. Not to mention everyon is really good, so it hlps me with my soccer skills. this shows INITIATIVE because I made it out to practice surfing and socer. It also shows COMMITMENT because I have been going consistently.

March 19-25 (A.)

This week I went surfing. this was the first time I had been out since last summer! I wasnt too good but my goal is to get back up to where I was. I got to take out my new board and I felt great paddling out again. This is gonna bemy goal over the summer as well. Hopefully we get some good waves!

March 12-18 (A.S.)

This week I worked out alot. This was because my soccer practice was conceled. i dont kjnow itf I told you already but I joined a socer team! It is club and I play in Jacksnonville.Though it is a little bit of a drive I really enjoy it, because it helps to keep me active. So far my goal was to become a starter. Since then I have. Anyways I ran 2 miles and then did an ab workout. this shows initiative to get healthy. Then on Sunday I went and volunteered at the Celtic Festival downtown for 3 hours. I had alot of fun. I learned what a shillelagh was. I also got to enjoy listening to irish music and learning about the heritage. Though I was on trash pickup, it wasnt too bad. in the end it was a good day.

March 5-11 (S.)

This week I went to te library to volunteer. We helped the new librarian to organize her office a little and clean up from the Seusapalooza. It was a celebration of Dr. Seus. Then we straightened the shelves. Although this was a little less fun that doing crafts and creative type things it was nice to help out.

Februrary 27- March 4 (A. S.)

This week I ran and worked out as well as playe soccer and volunteered at the library. I go to the library every friday. This shows commitment and . We have recently got a new childrens librarian that replaced Ms.Alyssa . This is because she moved to Tampa. However I am excited to be working with the new librarian because she seems to have really good ideas. She is also very organized.
